Welcome to the IPO Website IPO was established in Ireland in 2005 and has grown to be the most successful Powerlifting federation in the Country. Founded by Shane Brodie & Tom Dillon, the IPO brought The WPF World Powerlifing Championships, which had 214 Lifters competing over 5 days, to Limerick in November 2006.
